MICROWAVED PEPPER STEAK 
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. steak
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of ground ginger
1/4 c. beef bouillon or broth
Salt to taste
1 med. green pepper (chunks)
1 med. sliced onion
1/2 tbsp. corn starch

In oblong baking dish heat oil at medium high 1 minute. Add stock, soy sauce and ginger. Heat at medium high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stir once. Season with salt and stir in peppers and onions. Heat covered at medium high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. Blend corn starch with broth. Add dish and heat medium high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
