REESE PEANUT BARS 
2 tbsp. water
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat and blend until mixture forms a ball. Pat into 7 x 11 inch pan, smoothing top.

Melt 1 (6 ounce) bag chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons oil in double boiler. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Cut into squares after cooled in refrigerator.
