HAWAIIAN HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can sliced pineapple, drained
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice or syrup
Green pepper rings
4 hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls

Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; add pineapple juice or syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cook until bubbly. Add pineapple slices and green pepper rings; heat through. Serve over broiled hamburgers on buns.
