JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
5 or 6 green onions, sliced thin
5 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and shredded
2 oz. Sai-Fun fried 2 inch deep at 375 degrees
2 tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Dressing

Layer salad of lettuce, onions, chicken, almonds and sesame seeds. Serve and top with sai-fun. Serve dressing separately to keep salad from wilting.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. vinegar

If you like a lot of dressing, you might want to double the recipe.
