BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. black coffee
1 c. buttermilk (add 1 tbsp. vinegar to milk to make)

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and baking powder, also salt, in bowl. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with vanilla frosting.
