1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat butter, oil, sugar, eggs, zucchini and vanilla. Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix together. Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
