CHICKEN DIVAN 
8 chicken breast halves (cooked in water to cover, simmered until done, about 1 hour)
1 (1 lb.) bunch fresh broccoli cooked in small amount of boiling water for no more then 10 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
2 tbsp. dry sherry or white wine
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine these 6 ingredients, thin sauce with broth or milk for desired consistency.

Arrange broccoli on lightly greased pan 13x9x2; pour on 1/2 of sauce. Arrange chicken over sauce; top with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
