OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 head lettuce, washed & chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs
1 pkg. frozen petite peas
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. red onion, cut up
8 slices fried bacon, cut up or 1 jar bacon bits
2 c. mayonnaise mixed with 2 tbsp. sugar & a little milk
Enough grated Cheddar cheese to cover

Put in 9 x 13 inch dish in order given. Cover with saran wrap and put in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy.
