PARTY ROLLS 
1 to 2 lg. pkg. of cream cheese (softened)
1 to 2 lbs. of your choice of lunchmeat (sliced thin); (Father suggests pepper lunch meat)

Softened cream cheese. Spread on thin sliced lunchmeat and roll up. You may need to hold the roll together with toothpicks until it sets in refrigerator. Then remove toothpicks and arrange on tray garnish with lettuce.

NOTE: You may also slice each roll for smaller bite size pieces.
