BEEF TERIYAKI 
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt

Mix well.

MEAT:

Flank steak works best

Cut a 3 or 4 pound or more flank steak in half. Marinate in teriyaki sauce for 7-14 days. Keep in refrigerator and turn in sauce once every day. After 7 or 14 days cook on a barbecue grill. Then cut into 1/2 strips. Cut meat cross the grain. Enjoy.
