PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 c. rice
1 can beef consomme
1/2 c. water
Pork chops
Tomatoes
Onions

Wash rice; drain. Put in casserole and add consomme and water. Season pork chops as desired and put on rice; slice tomatoes and place on pork chops, then slices of onion, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook in oven at 350 degrees for about an hour and a half.
