PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 (1") thick center cut loin chops
1 c. white (uncooked) rice
1 can Campbell's beef bouillon
4 slices each onion, green pepper & tomato

Brown pork chops in frying pan. Place rice in 9 x 11 inch casserole. Pour bouillon over rice. Place browned pork chops on top of rice and bouillon. Put 1 slice of onion, tomato and green pepper on each pork chop. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove aluminum foil, bake additional 5-10 minutes. Delicious with green beans and mushroom soup casserole.
