1 pkg. Holland rusks
2 tomatoes
1 lg. onion
Anchovy paste
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chili sauce

Spread a piece of rusk with anchovy paste, next a thin slice of onion, next a thick slice of tomato. Pour mayonnaise and chili sauce mixture over tomatoes and sprinkle with shredded egg. Serve over lettuce.
