BREAKFAST SOUFFLE | |
1 lb. bacon or cubed ham or sausage 9 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3 to 4 slices fresh bread, cubed 3 c. milk 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated Fry bacon crisp and break into pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 or more |
