MONTEZUMA BEANS 
1 c. pinto beans
6 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dark molasses
1 onion, chopped
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) deviled ham
1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) tomatoes, drained
1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos
3 slices bacon

Cook beans in water until tender. Drain. In 3 quart casserole, combine remaining ingredients except bacon. Fold in cooked beans. cover and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. Remove cover; arrange bacon slices on top. Return casserole to oven for 15 minutes or until bacon is browned. Makes 6 - 1 cup servings.
