MOM'S MANICOTTI 
8 manicotti shells
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
4 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
3/4 c. cracker meal
2 c. spaghetti sauce

Place shells in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.

Mix cheese, eggs, parsley and cracker meal thoroughly. Stuff shells carefully.

Combine 1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of water, and cover shells with sauce mixture. Cover with foil, and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Serve with additional sauce for pouring.
