CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk

Alternately place a layer of potatoes and onion slices in the bottom of a greased 1 quart baking dish. Mix soup and milk together and pour over the potatoes and onions. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
