CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. sized raw potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 med. sized onion, thinly sliced
1 c. cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk

Alternately place a layer of potatoes and onions in bottom of a grease 1 quart casserole dish. Mix soup and milk together and pour over the potatoes and onion. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Serves 5.
