BAKED HUNGARIAN NOODLES 
1 lb. fine noodles (not spaghetti)
4 c. cream-style cottage cheese
4 c. sour cream
1 c. minced onion
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Paprika
Freshly ground Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Combine noodles with the remaining ingredients except the paprika and Parmesan cheese.

Approximately 30 minutes before serving, bake in buttered casseroles at 350 degrees until hot. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with Parmesan cheese. Serves 24. This recipe can be divided by four to serve 6. It can be made well in advance of the party.
