CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
12 tbsp. cocoa + 4 tbsp. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Mix well. Chill 8 hours or overnight.

Heat oven 350 degrees. Drop teaspoons of dough into confectioners' sugar and shape into balls. Place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes or until no finger print is left when touched. 6 dozen.
