MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped fine
Salt (optional)
Pepper
Pinch of garlic salt
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed fine

Mix everything together except crackers. Add crackers. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Yield: 25 to 30 regular meatballs. 75 small meatballs.
