BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 or 3 lg. bunches broccoli, chopped small
1 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. raisins, golden or regular
1 red onion, sliced
12 slices bread, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Combine salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients, pour over salad. Chill for a few hours. Toss before serving.
