ZIPPY FISH FILLETS | |
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs Combine Worcestershire and lemon juice. Cut fish in serving size pieces. Brush with lemon mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Dip in crumbs. Bake in greased baking pan at 500 degrees about 15 minutes. |
