POTATO BUD COOKIES

Mix:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut
Flavoring

Add:

1 1/2 c. Betty Crocker Potato Buds
1 2/3 scant c. Bisquick

Mix well. Drop by small teaspoon on heavily oiled pan. Pat down flat. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
