SOUR DOUGH BREAD | |
6 c. bread flour 1/3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 c. starter Mix well into dough. Put in large greased bowl. Cover with wax paper. Let stand 8-10 hours (do not refrigerate). Punch dough down. Knead slightly. Divide into 3 parts and knead 10 times. Place into 3 greased loaf pans and brush with oil. Cover with waxed paper. Let rise 8-10 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
