Spare ribs
Sauce

Cut slab into 2 rib pieces. Put in pot of water with seasoned meat tenderizer; bring to boil, turn down and simmer for about 2 hours or until tender. Drain.

Put ribs in plastic bag with favorite sauce. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours (can be done 2 days in advance of dinner). Day of dinner, put on grill to heat, adding sauce if necessary.
