PLAZA III STEAK SOUP 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
8 c. water
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tbsp. beef base, essential

Parboil vegetables. Saute meat until half done. Prepare soup by melting butter and blending in flour until smooth, then add water gradually.

Add vegetables to soup. Drain fat from meat. Add meat to soup; add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes until done. Do not add salt.
