1 pkg. Stove top stuffing
Approx. 2 lbs. chicken
1 can mushrooms (optional)

In bowl, mix stuffing as package directs and add 1 egg and can of drained mushrooms to mix. (I use water from mushrooms as part of water for stuffing.) Spray baking pan with Pam. Place chicken in baking pan. Spoon stuffing mix over top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until done. For crispy stuffing, turn stuffing during baking.
