1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
2 (12 oz.) boxes Crispix cereal
1 (12 oz.) jar low sodium peanuts
2 plus c. powdered sugar

In a saucepan, melt together peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips. Pour over cereal and peanuts in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Cool and store in an air tight container. I had the best results when I coated the cereal and peanuts 1/3 of a portion at a time.
