ORANGE BAVARIAN MOUSSE 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. orange juice
2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 small containers Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut

Mix jello, water, orange juice, sugar and salt. Let set in bowl about one hour until it begins to gel. Beat with mixer until foamy. Mix in cool whip, drained pineapple and coconut. Pour into a 10 cup mold.
