CECELIA'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
4 tbsp. yeast (4 pkg.)
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
3 c. powdered milk
1/2 lb. (2 cubes) butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
8 eggs
2 c. warm water
6 c. flour
8 c. flour
Sugar
Cinnamon

CARAMEL SAUCE:

4 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
1/2 lb. (2 cubes) butter
1 1/4 c. water
Chopped nuts, optional

Dissolve yeast in water. Set aside. Mix next 7 ingredients together. Add dissolved yeast. Let rest 15 minutes.

Add 8 cups flour or more. Knead but keep your dough soft and elastic. Let rise twice. Roll out. Use salad oil not flour to roll. Keep your dough soft. After rolling out, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up. Cut crosswise. Place in pans. Bake at 375 degrees about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Caramel Sauce: Mix ingredients and bring to a boil or microwave until melted. Pour about 1/2 inch into each pan (if large pan, 1/2 inch if small pan).

Cool well before placing your cinnamon rolls on sauce. Nuts can be added on sauce. This can all be cut in half. Makes a lot!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
