BLUEBERRY GRUNT 
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. blueberries (fresh only)
Whipped cream (opt.)

Melt butter in 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and dash of salt. Stir in milk and vanilla; pour over melted butter. Sprinkle blueberries over top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with whipped cream.
