CHILI CON QUESO 
1 lb. American cheese, grated
2 cans green chili peppers, drained & chopped
1 1/2 cans tomatoes, drained
3 onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onions in butter until clear, then transfer to a double boiler. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended and hot. Makes a large batch. Serve with tortilla chips.
