MEXICAN QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. chopped Ortega chili
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all in bowl. Pour in 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
