1 1/2 c. Kellogg's Corn Flakes (crumbs) 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. nuts, coarsely chopped 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/3 c. (3 1/2 oz. can) flaked coconut 1 can Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk Measure Corn Flake crumbs, sugar and butter into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; mix thoroughly. With back of tablespoon, press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of pan to form crust. Sprinkle nuts evenly over crust. Scatter chocolate chips over nuts. Sprinkle coconut evenly over chocolate chips. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over coconut. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool. Cut into bars. (Sweetened condensed milk must be used.) |
