LIME-MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple without juice
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1/2 c. pecans, broken
Speck of salt

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. (If you saved the juice from the crushed pineapple, you can add to this to equal 1 cup.) When cool, add marshmallows, sugar, pineapple, pecans, and lemon juice. Add cottage cheese. Fold in whipped cream last. Put in mold and chill.

When ready to serve, sit mold in warm water for 30 seconds. Turn mold upside down and salad will slide out.
