CHICKEN AND PASTA 
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes
3/4 c. sun dried tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. basil
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/4 c. wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 lb. bow ties, cooked
1 tbsp. butter

Saute garlic in oil, add chicken and cook until white. Add broccoli, saute 5 minutes, add tomatoes, basil, wine, broth, butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Toss with bow ties. Serves 2.
