CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
(Can also be made without the chicken and served as a vegetable).

2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 lb. fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli
8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 (10 piece) canned biscuits
1 can cream of chicken soup

Use a 9 x 12 inch oblong baking dish. Put chicken even over bottom of dish. Layer the broccoli over the chicken. Spread the soup over the chicken. Sprinkle the cheese over the whole thing.

Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut each biscuit in half. After 15 minutes - remove the casserole from the oven. Place the half biscuit slices around the edge of the dish. Put back into oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes - or until biscuits are light golden brown.
