PEACH FOAM JELLO 
1 lg. peach Jello
2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 lg. can peach slices (save 3 for the top)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare Jello and set until partially set. Drain peaches and mash or blend (don't over blend). Add to Jello. Add Cool Whip (fold in). Refrigerate and top with the 3 peaches you set aside.
