1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
3 c. cooked or canned chicken
1/2 c. butter (I use 1/4 cup)
1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. chicken broth, heated
6 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimentos

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; spread in bottom of 9 x 12 baking dish. Add chicken. Melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir into hot chicken broth. Mix small amount of the broth with eggs; stir back into broth. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients; heat through. Do not boil. Serve with chicken mixture.
