MEXICAN STACK 
1 pt. sour cream
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
3 ripe avocados, thoroughly mashed & blended with
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
Grated Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Layer ingredients in a 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Begin with refried beans, followed by avocado, sour cream mixture, onion and tomato. Top with a thick layer of grated cheese. Microwave or put in hot oven until all layers are warm and cheese is melted. Serve warm, dipping chips into layered mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
