MEXICAN LUNCHEON 
1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean is best)
1 c. chopped onion
1-3 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lg. elbow macaroni

First brown sausage, onion and bell pepper, then add tomatoes, chili powder and sugar. Next stir in sour cream and milk. Mix well. Add uncooked macaroni. Stir and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. (Good served with fried green apples).
