MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
12 corn tortillas
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 cans Ranch style beans
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato & green chilies

Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, salt and chili powder in skillet. Mix together soup and tomato and green chilies in small bowl. Grease baking dish and layer 6 tortillas, meat and beans, then 6 tortillas, cheese and pour soup mixture over all. Use 9"x13" dish and bake with cover until last 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves 6 to 8 and freezes well.
