BLACKEYE PEA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can jalapeno blackeye peas, drained
1 bag of Boil in Bag Rice, cooked

Mix ingredients together.

Bake, covered, in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
