BRISK CHERRY SALAD 
1 c. black cherry coke
1 (16 oz.) can sour pie cherries
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar or 8 packets "Sweet & Low" sugar substitute
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Mix together cherry coke, cherries, water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add cherry Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add pineapple and nuts. Pour into bowl or prepared mold and refrigerate until set.
