BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. almond extract
1 egg
1 1/3 c. fresh blueberries

Spray muffin pan with vegetable spray. Combine all ingredients except berries. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes. Yield 1 dozen.
