BROCCOLI CASSEROLE I 
1/2 c. celery (chopped)
1/2 c. onions (chopped)
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese or 1 jar Cheez Whiz

Brown 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 cup of onions in butter. Add broccoli and stir. Add soup and rice. Stir in cheese. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 4. (For variation 2 cups of shredded chicken can be added.)
