BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 med. stalk broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 c. uncooked Minute rice

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and dice, put in casserole dish. Add cans of soup, no water. Stir in rice. Mix. Dice half the package of cheese. Mix into the casserole. Slice remaining cheese on top. Bake or microwave until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
