POPPY SEED SQUARES 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter (little more)
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. poppy seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add melted butter, honey, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat with mixer until well blended. Stir in coconut and poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9 x 12 inch pan, greased.

Ice with cream cheese frosting.
