1/2 lb. pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 shakes Tabasco sauce (no more!)

Melt butter in saucepan. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Remove from heat. Put nuts in bowl and pour mixture over nuts. Stir with rubber spatula until all the butter mixture is absorbed. Line cookie sheets with paper towels. Pour nuts on towel and bake 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and place on fresh towels.
